The films included in The Cinema Club can be found in the website menu under films. New films are added continuously and include at least 10 films in each season

Where can I buy the Membership?

The Cinema Club can only be signed up for here on the website. It is currently not possible to purchase The Cinema Club at the cinema.

What do I do if I have lost my login details?

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Log in” in the menu and then click on “Forgot password”. If you have forgotten the email address you used when you registered, you can contact us here and we will try and help you.

Do I have to have a smartphone to have The Cinema Club?

No, but if you don't have one, you will need access to a computer to register as a member and a printer to print your discount codes.

Do you get a group discount if you buy many Memberships at the same time?

No, The Cinema Club is already heavily discounted.

How do I end my membership?

Your membership will automatically end after all films included in the season have been shown in cinemas. If for any reason you wish to end your membership before then, please contact customer service via the website. Refunds can only be made if The Cinema Club is unused and no later than 14 days after it was purchased.

How do I buy tickets?

You buy your ticket as usual, either online or at the cinema. If you buy online, enter your discount code for The Cinema Club in the voucher or coupon box on the cinema website. The codes can be found once signed up and logged into The Cinema Club.

Are there any time, date or other restrictions on when I can watch the film?

The Cinema Club is valid for all participating films from their day of release until they end their initial cinema run. For avoidance of doubt this is 12 weeks from the official release date in the UK. It is valid at all times and on all days at all participating cinemas.

However, certain premium screen experiences e.g. IMAX which have a stated uplift may NOT be included as the discount is off the standard adult ticket price.

What happens if I have to return a ticket I purchased with a The Cinema Club code?

If you make a refund on a ticket you purchased with a The Cinema Club code the code cannot be used again.

What happens if I don’t have the time or opportunity to watch a film that is in the scheme?

The Cinema Club cannot guarantee that that participating films will be shown during a specific time period or in specific cinemas.

Can I use The Cinema Club together with other discounts when buying tickets?

No, you cannot use other discounts such as senior discounts, Meerkat or similar when using The Cinema Club. It is 50% of the standard adult ticket price for the time and date of the film screening.

Do I need to show my Membership when I show my ticket?

No, the discount is applied when you buy the ticket. You do not need to show your Membership when entering the cinema necessarily but you will need to show your voucher for the film when you purchase your ticket.

Can I use my Membership to buy a discounted ticket for someone else?

Yes, each Membership entitles you to purchase one ticket for each of the participating films. It does not matter if it is you or someone else who uses the ticket you buy with your Membership. However, once the discount is used, it will disappear from your Membership.

What happens if a film gets a delayed release date?

The Cinema Club reserves the right to change the film if the release date changes. Should there be a minor change, the film may still be included in The Cinema Club, but should the film be significantly delayed, The Cinema Club will do everything it can to replace it with another suitable title.

When does each season end?

The website will show which films are within which season. Only films within the season your membership is valid for will receive the 50% off vouchers.

What happens if a Membership film doesn't show in cinemas at all?

The Cinema Club reserves the right to change the list of films if a participating film is not released in cinemas. If a film is cancelled, The Cinema Club will do everything possible to replace it with another suitable title.
