The Danish scheme has been in existence for over 30 years and is an important part of the Danes' cultural life and cinema experience.
The team behind The Cinema Club all have long-standing careers in the cinema industry and wanted to help spread the love of great, good value cinema by introducing this scheme in the UK.
Every year they and some trusted colleagues will select ten of the best films likely to hit screens in the coming months and members of the scheme will be able to see these films for half the standard adult ticket price at their local cinema.
Membership costs £14.95 for a season covering at least 10 films.
Members can access The Cinema Club scheme in participating cinemas that cover the country from Merlin Thurso to WTW Newquay.
